MacDonald Don Nyirongo is a seasoned shipping and logistics professional with 33 years of industry experience in freight forwarding, container terminal operations, logistics management, liner trades, port management, and international shipping.

Don holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bethel University, Mishawaka, Indiana. He also holds advanced professional trade certifications in Shipping, Liner Trades, and Port Management from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, London, United Kingdom.

Don began his professional shipping career with AMI Malawi Limited (Agencia Marítima Internacional), a Belgium-owned shipping and logistics company, where he served as Logistics Supervisor at the Lilongwe branch from February 1991 to January 2000.

In February 2000, Don joined Manica Malawi Limited, where he served as Controller/Manager of the Kanengo Container Terminal in Lilongwe. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing container terminal operations, logistics coordination, and related shipping activities until March 2004, when he relocated to the United States.

Throughout his distinguished career, Don has developed extensive expertise in international shipping, freight forwarding, containerized cargo, logistics coordination, port and terminal operations, and supply-chain management. His extensive hands-on industry experience, combined with his academic and professional qualifications, provides a strong foundation for strategic leadership and the company’s continued growth.
