Wezi Wesley Msiska is a seasoned Customs and International Trade Specialist with over three decades of experience in customs law, import and export procedures, excise duties, compliance management, and trade facilitation.

He began his distinguished career with the Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA), Department of Customs and Excise, where he served as a Customs Officer in Blantyre and Mwanza from 1990 to 1998. In this capacity, he was responsible for the assessment and processing of import and excise duties, verification of shipments against manifests and Bills of Lading, and providing technical support to businesses across manufacturing, production, distribution, and consumer goods sectors.

Wezi played a key role in the promotion and implementation of Export Processing Zones (EPZs) in Malawi, supporting manufacturers engaged in international export markets and contributing to national trade development initiatives.
